At e-bikeshop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your new bike or equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in original, unridden condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, chargers, and tools are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
