Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
Our e-bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include all necessary tools and a detailed setup guide in the box.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in like-new condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer and returned in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees may apply.
Do I need a special license to ride an e-bike?
In most regions, Class 1 and Class 2 e-bikes do not require a special license or registration. However, regulations vary by state and country, so we recommend checking your local transportation laws.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every e-bike purchased through our store comes with a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.
How do I maintain my e-bike's battery during winter?
We recommend storing your battery indoors at room temperature and keeping it charged between 30% and 70% if you are not planning to ride for an extended period.
