It works by replacing the position of your original stem and re fitting your original stem further up.
The height can be adjusted using the spacers, an adjustable height of 2" to 6" approx can be added to the overall height. Forged alloy lock type stem adaptor with spacers and top cap.
Please Note: By rising the handlebars you may also need to extend the brake hoses.
